Developed Workflow Automation, trigger sequences, and campaigns that streamlined client operations and lifted conversion rates.
Integrated Twilio and Mailgun for SMS and email delivery, and connected Zapier, Pabbly, and Make. com to extend GoHighLevel systems into each client's broader tech stack. Built advanced ManyChat automation for Facebook ad campaigns, including a survey bot that qualified leads before they reached a sales conversation. Integrated live chat widgets on client websites for real-time engagement. Also built responsive front-end websites using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress, delivering full client systems, not just backend automation.
Led a team of 4 automation specialists managing 12 client accounts across GoHighLevel setup, workflow automation, and third party integration projects, acting as technical success manager between the delivery team and client stakeholders. Supervised end-to-end project execution across CRM Automation builds, ensuring workflows, integrations, and client requirements were delivered accurately and on schedule across the full client portfolio.
Attended client meetings to translate business requirements into technical scope for the team, then supervised implementation to keep delivery aligned with what was actually promised. Oversaw third party integration work connecting GoHighLevel systems with external tools, maintaining consistent quality across a growing account base while managing team workload and client expectations simultaneously
Built automation systems and custom bots focused on real-time data monitoring and workflow triggers, early groundwork for the automation specialization carried through later roles. Developed a Discord automation bot handling role assignment, and a Node.js powered front-end system for sending bulk webhook data across multiple channels, including CSV based data import and webhook storage for reuse.
Built custom monitoring bots tracking product stock availability across e-commerce sources, triggering real-time alerts the moment inventory changed, an early version of the trigger based systems now built inside GoHighLevel. Also developed a Twitter automation bot for sharing content and multi-image posts automatically, reinforcing a background in Automation and API Integration work that predates the current CRM focused specialization.
